This was my rabbit, Cream Filbert, who died under anesthetic after he received 10x the correct dose of ketamine during a routine procedure. He was a very sweet, trusting rabbit and he deserved better. I was not informed of the error in time to see him before he died and was standing in the carpark with his corpse two minutes after I was called in from the waiting room to be told he was dead. CVG were open about the errors made and have taken all the necessary steps to ensure it does not happen again. Communication has been prompt and kind. I miss my little boy.
