I'm visiting from Denmark and I'm so happy I found this place. Amazing music Lovely interiors The kindest workers Extremely welcoming Really affordable food (paid like 13 something for food and drink) Honestly, it's the best vegan burger I've had. (My friends nachos were also amazing) I just absolutely recommend if you're ever nearby. Vegetarian options: It's all vegan and all good.

Dietary restrictions: There are plenty of options for you if you have any dietary requirements. I am wheat and dairy intolerant and they even checked for me what flour they used in the particular cake I wanted to buy. Thank you for that. Im a regular customer at Thrive, but today wasnt a happy experience. The girl with the pink hair took my order and wasnt the friendliest, her manor made me feel like I was inconveniencing her by being there! Then when I left I said thank you quite loudly and she was on her phone, didnt even look up to acknowledge me! The girl with the brown hair in a pony tail didnt acknowledge me either when I said thank you bye. Not the experience anyone wants, or the face of their business. No I am not part of a hate campaign! Im vegan and come into thrive regularly and have always had nice things to say about you until my previous experience. Like I said she was on her phone when I left looking down at the phone doesnt stop you from simply responding to someone that is supporting your business. I am aware businesses use mobile phones now days but your staff should still be able to acknowledge people while looking at the phone. Your response is extremely poor, which highlights your customer service skills
