        Spent the best part of a day putting together my application and didn't even get an acknowledgement from M* at HR, despite emailing twice to check if the docs had been received. The number on her email signature doesn't actually exist so I tried an alternative number and spoke to a sullen employee who didn't bother introducing herself and turned out to be M* herself - I had to work this out for myself about 5 minutes into the conversation. Unprofessional and discourteous.
