I would give zero stars if I could. I checked the website and closing time was 5pm. I arrived at 3pm and was told by two very grumpy old ladies, after they had reluctantly paused their conversation, that the mobility aid service closed at 2pm and that I should return the following day when it opened between 10am and 2pm. Ladies, your attitude was appalling. I returned the following day, the place was deserted and a sign was out saying that the mobility aid service was again closed. A lady came through from an office at the back of the building and told me that the mobility service was always closed on a Thursday. Begs the question why I was told it would be open. She suggested I return the following day. Rapidly losing the will to live, I explained I wanted to hire a scooty/wheely walker type thing and - cherry on the cake - was told that the mobility aid service didnt hire these out they only sold them. If one of these things isnt a mobility aid I dont know what is. I ended up buying one for 40 because I just wasnt prepared to go back a third time.
