Moneeb is an absolute legend, as evidenced by the other positive reviews. We had a pretty fixed budget and he managed to get us a great deal on an amazing C-HR with some nice extras too. I wish everyone else did as great a job as him. When I collected the car the interior valet was not great. I think they just vacuumed the carpets and that was it. The car also had less than 20 miles of range left. Good thing Toyota's hybrids are so efficient. Overall I was pleased with the experience and do recommend buying from them.

Extremely bad experience from start to finish. I have been cornered/pressured into purchasing a used vehicle from here and have experienced lies dishonesty and unprofessional attitude at every level. Some of the many things that went wrong: Wrong information provided by sales person from day one. Test drove a nice clean car and coerced to purchase an extremely dirty one with much more mileage. On the day of the test drive of the actual car, it was so dirty there was dirt and dog hair all over and even a used coffee cup in the cup holder! Discrepancy in mileage of 3000+ miles- Im told this is not much and should be expected. Handed over Dirty car with animal hair after repeated valet service. Offered free service and protection pack to make up only to forget about it and act like it wasnt offered at the time of handover. Toyota mentions cool off period with exchanges/return but apparently no such thing with Steven Eagell Cambridge. Im dreading using this car and fear I have wasted my hard earned money. Not even sure how true the mileage, 145 point check or service history is. Please dont go to this dealership to buy a used car. You will regret it.
