I asked Raphael for a survey on another house a few months ago, and he provided a very thorough one that made me think I ought not to buy it. I was really impressed, and so asked him again when i found this house. Equally impressed with the thoroughness, though this time it has a happier outcome! Having never owned a house alone before, I am using this survey as a comprehensive guide to being a responsible owner, because alongside the detailed survey it contains all kinds of tips on how to keep an eye on things that I had no idea about. Added to that, Raphael is courteous and speedy and I unconditionally recommend him.

Well the 5 star reviews do not lie. Raphael provided a fantastic service. He is very trustworthy and the report was thorough. I particularly liked that Raphael was willing to go through the survey report and deal with queries. If we ever need another survey, we know who to look for!
