Resolve Home Energy

Have taken solar panels and a battery with them. Very happy with the service. Bureaucracy with energy provider takes a lot of time to get sorted, but they help you out with everything you need. It took a long time between the agreement and the installation, but in times where there were material shortages and whole Europe decided to do solar panels because of the raising energy costs, I think it was largely not their fault. Also didn't take any deposit before hand and they kept to the agreed price. So, very happy.

Resolve Home Energy installed 12 panels and 2 batteries for me in February 2022 and they have proved to be an absolute godsend during this cost of living crisis. Resolve were great to deal with, explained everything clearly and even got my roof cleared of moss before the installation. Would highly recommend.

Resolve Home Energy installed our panels nine years ago. They were very quick and efficient and trustworthy. They have also contacted us periodically to ensure all is well. We have invested in batteries over the last eighteen months which have demonstrated to be efficient and well worth the investment. If you are considering Solar Panels and Batteries then we highly recommend Resolve Home Energy , they are honest and reliable and complete the job that you are paying them for.

The installers from Resolve Home Energy did a great job, and all the followup paperwork was delivered in person. Only down side was the rather long wait for the equipment to be installed, to be fair this was made quite clear at the point of ordering. Overall a good experience with this company.

Very happy with the installation quality.Atif and Ian were very helpful. Atif brought the certification and product data to the house when available. He spent time explaining the system to me including the hot water boost. Also helped me to apply for a smart export tariff through Octopus Energy. I am happy to recommend Resolve Home Energy.
