        Have just taken delivery of my sofa and chairs, initially couldn't be more pleased. The delivery guys were great too. However within a couple of days we have noticed that the sofa comfort is far from that of the showroom model. We remarked to the local staff who after much discussion reluctantly organised an independent professional company to visit and test all parameters of the construction, filling, sizes etc but SW have not acted upon their findings. The shop staff have been attentive but we have heard nothing since the week before Christmas siting their Head office Customer Service wants us to wait...the independent company said waiting a month would not change matters as we had ordered top end feather filling so we are not happy...in essence the inner cushions on the sofa are too large for the outer covers and squashed inside make the seating hard and lumpy..we are still awaiting more feedback on in our view replacement inner cushions..
