We contacted Isabelle a couple of months ago to seek help for our 5 and a half year old daughter. I was at my wits end, it was taking up to 2 hours for her to fall asleep each night, a parent had to be in the room with her. She would wake up 5-10 times a night, sometimes staying awake for an hour or more. The tantrums were awful.This had been going on for 3 years. I could see no end in sight. Isabelle was honest from the start, it was going to take some time and hard work. We now have a happy child who goes to bed without any issue, lights out, straight to sleep independently and sleeps through for 11-12 hours. It has been the best money we ever spent. Our lives have changed completely now that we are finally getting some sleep. I cannot thank or recommend Isabelle enough. Her wisdom and kindness has no end.

We started working with Isabelle when our son was 7 months. Within weeks we went from feeding to sleep, napping in the pram and heavily relying on mum for all things sleep-related to self settling at nap times and at bed time, napping in the cot like a dream and reduced night wakes. It was nothing short of life changing and the time we got back was invaluable. Isabelle was knowledgable, personable and understating throughout the process, empowering us with confidence and knowledge to be consistent and to power through when needed. If someone had told us that we could put our son down in a cot and walk away with him falling asleep within minutes we wouldnt have believed it. With our older son we didnt get there until he was 3yo and were very grateful for Isabelle to have guided us through the sleep training process and helping to get our lives back!

Isabelle is the real deal. She described herself to me as a behaviourologist which I think much better explains the breadth of what she offers. I have seen sleep plans from friends produced by other sleep consultants which felt like a copy and paste job but Isabelles approach is very different to that. She takes a holistic look at your family set up and provides truly bespoke advice based on your situation. She is very generous with advice during her initial (free) introductory call and, in our experience, practical and honest. Very highly recommended!

Our sleep as a family has been transformed and we cant thank Isabelle enough! Our 1 year old had been struggling with short naps, night wakings, early rising and would only fall asleep in the pram. What a difference just 5 weeks working with Isabelle has made. She set us a clear plan to follow each week and with her knowledge and guidance our son is now sleeping through the night in his own cot and taking 2 long naps each day. We were pretty desperate and exhausted when we reached out to Isabelle. Our 2 year old stopped sleeping through the night after his second birthday after climbing out of his cot for the first time. Before we knew it, we had had 9 months of nightly wake ups and delayed bedtimes before we sought help, made worse by the arrival of a new baby. Within four sessions, Isabelle had both our 2 year old son and 5 month old baby reliably sleeping through the night. By teaching us about the fundamentals of sleep and giving us a better understanding of how parenting styles in the day can clearly influence night time behaviours she empowered us to make small, practical and easily implementable changes to our parenting and nighttime routine, all of which ultimately worked. She is highly experienced in childhood sleep and psychology, an excellent listener, very patient and clearly cares a lot about her clients . We honestly could not recommend her highly enough and will be forever grateful that we came across her when we did!
