I went to the dealership today and met with Mark - although I found out afterwards he was actually the manager he wasnt afraid to be hands on! He greeted us and made us feel very welcome and having had a very different experience with a local Skoda dealership from another dealer group were now fully invested with the Skoda brand once more! The team are a great asset to Skoda and the Vindis group and we got a great deal. Many thanks.

Great team. I dealt with David, Daniel and both the Matts. All really helpful, provided great customer service ... and gave me a fantastic deal! David spent an hour and a half with me at collection to ensure all the basics were set up and installed a dash cam. Makes such a difference. Thank you, gents.

I took my car in for a quote on a bodywork repair. I waited weeks for the quote and had no contact from them. I chased three weeks ago and was told someone would be in touch. No one got in touch. I chased again last week and was told the same. No one got in touch. I chased yesterday and was told the same. No one got in touch. I chased again this morning and told them if I didn't hear back from someone by 12 noon, I would start leaving negative reviews. It is not 12:07pm and no one has been in touch with me.
