Good prices, HORRIBLE SERVICE. They aren't up front about any hidden costs or terms of sale and if you want to exchange anything or have any issues you are left in the lurch. They also have the cheek to bill you if their engineers can't fix a problem and proceed to use debt collection agencies instead of offering basic customer service. The staff are either amazingly understanding on the phone or out and out rude. The outcome is the same though, swindle you for your money and are uninterested in any sort of after sales service. STICK TO NISBETS.
