I telephoned to get a quote. They answered the phone, made an appointment, confirmed by email, and the guy came and surveyed, explained their product and we agreed a specification. He said he would get back to us by the end of the week (3 days) with a quote. It's now 9 days and there has been silence. If they can't be bothered when I am offering to spend money will they bother when I have a problem with a system they install.
