        order process was ok apart from being harassed on the phone after talking to the robot and asking a question then emailed all within 20 minutes. Then arranged delivery for Thursday and waited in all day and it didn't turn up. Emailed apparently it was a courier issue and it eventually arrived Friday pm to the invoice address not the delivery address. they did offer to collect it again on Monday and deliver it again next week but needed the safe and arranged a courier same day to take it to my house. so i lost a days pay and had to may 35 to the courier to take it to the correct address !! poor service decent product
