        Quality is synonymous with the most italian-owned shops, and this is the case with this guy from Torino. The saltimbocca with salami was delicious, the coffee was strong, but not to my taste - 60% robusta vs 40% arabica and we had a chat about that. I would prefer 80% arabica and 20% robusta, but that costs, so it's better to offer clients the choice
