My sister had already been to this restaurant last year and she expressed her experience here was negative, reluctantly she gave it a second chance. Overall the experience was mediocre, we waited over a hour for food. 2 of us had macaroni cheese and it was awful, tasteless and the pasta was hard. When presented to the manager he offered us 10% discount which wasn't even one of the meals, considering it only had a few mouthfuls from. When returning back to the manager again he then added 5% more discount and said because it was partially eaten (few mouthfuls) there was nothing he could do. Which personally we all found crazy as you have to try food before passing feedback, such a shame.
Unfortunately the manager couldn't come and table and talk to us himself, my sister walked to the bar to discuss the bill initially, manger made the young waitress come over on his behalf. For the price we won't be returning and people were left hungry.
