I had joined Randstad in summer 2022,after qualifying as an ECT. I was struggling to find a full time position in teaching , then came across the agency , and had applied. They contacted me straight away with an email and call! I started working as soon as all the paper work went through, which was very quick! The staff are super friendly ,compassionate and professional. My supervisor Saffron, is extremely attentive and supportive. I love how flexible my job is , and Im grateful to be part of this agency! I had given up on teaching due to the experience and the treatment I got from a particular school and no support from the people I initially worked with to move on and advance with my career until I was contacted by Jonathan Gash. I explained the situation with transparency and he promised he would work with me. He got me to register with Randstad and completed all my paperwork with a lot of support from Jeanette Craig who had a trail of everything of what was needed including my new DBS. I was registered and begun to work for Randstad towards the end of the summer school year 2022 and in September I went on to work with a school and Jonathan helped me secure a place in this school having gone through their interview process and return into teaching and pursue my ECT as a teacher. I highly recommend Randstad they are professional and have compassion towards people. The payments are done on time and when you call or send and email you can be sure someone from the team will respond promptly. I have got a full time job now but would return to work for them anytime if I needed to due to the trust and relationship built.
