This was a very quick review based on what I can only describe as a lazy and ill-informed response, but I asked to arrange a video viewing because I'm currently abroad for the next couple of days and offered an in-person viewing when I return. I was given the following response: "Thank you for your email. Sorry we are not doing virtual viewings anymore as the pandemic is over." Firstly, this seems lazy on the representative's behalf because it seemed as though they just didn't want to travel to the property. Additionally, COVID is not over and, if anything, it has given us the tools to cope with virtual viewings to help further the decision making process from both sides.

I definitely would recommend Carole and her services for any person looking for rent a property. From tenant perspective, I can affirm I only had good experiences while I was living in that property that was managed by her and her team.

Great personal service provided by Carole who is definitely a responsible Landlady with the heart in the right place. It is very popular and convention to blame landlords now days for anything and everything. In my personal experience this company is the best I ever dealt with! many Thanks!
