Ed and Vicky are very friendly and polite landlords, from the first until last minute of my stay. Very good with maintenance of the house and responsible as they respond promptly to urgent requests. Overall: highly recommended

I lived in one of the rooms for just a bit over three years. Ed's communication has always been fantastic and the paperwork a breeze. If any issues cropped up in the house they were resolved in a very prompt manner. I shared with five other people but the house definitely felt very homely and housemates needs are thought of and listened to in terms of the environment. I would have no issue whatsoever recommending Cambridge Room Rentals to others!

I rented a room from Cambridge Room Rentals for a year when I was completing an industrial placement during my university degree. The experience was extremely positive; the landlords would attempt to fix any problem quickly and I had a great time with the other housemates in my 6 bedroom shared house.

Over the last few years I have moved quite a bit so I have seen my fair share of landlords. From all the landlords I've had, Cambridge Room Rentals definetly the best. Extremely kind and understanding people always happy to help in due time. What appreciated most was that in the house I occupied when a new hosemate moved in, all of the current occupants were asked whether they were okay with the new housemate moving in before the contract was signed. By no means I do pretend they are perfect in every scenario, however, as best you can get in Cambridge.

Great house, tennants and great landlord that looks after his properties and tenants. Breakdowns and other issues were always quickly resolved. Landlord kept everyone in the loop of any visits taking place witth plenty of notice time, arranged cleaners and was open to new ideas of improving things in the house. Highly recommend!
