Been trying to book an apartment with Dawton Properties on their website, but after filling in their reservation form. I got no confirmation or followup email. I have been emailed their booking team, and been trying to call them but no one has answered. With only a few days left till I am due in Cambridge, I am very disappointed. I have a feeling that they are no longer trading.

We have booked to stay in one of your properties for 3 weeks in July/august but despite sending messages/emails and calling we have not been able to speak to anyone to ask questions and had no response. Are you still trading? We are hugely concerned as travelling from Australia with young children and concerned if we will even be able to access the property if we dont get any communication
