        From the first enquiry Juliette was extremely helpful, sending a video viewing of the flat and answering important questions. The contract information was all very clear, and maintenance problems were managed very efficiently during the tenancy. Certain issues were out of Virtualet's hands but Juliette nevertheless did her best to deal with as much as she was able to, which really helped. This professional and friendly manner was maintained throughout the tenancy. Ten days before moving out I received a very clear and informative departure pack setting out the expectations and process. My full deposit was returned within a couple of days of me turning in the keys (and leaving a clean flat!). If I was renting again Virtualet is the agency I would hope for!
