Current tenant at the Howes Place development in Cambridge, the building and staff are unfaultable, apartment came fully furnished and the furniture was all really good quality and all finished to a really high standard. trying to renew my tenancy early as i have had such a brilliant first 3 months!! We've had bad a experience, really poor services. Also, I've noticed their truck has a habit of driving extremely aggressively toward cyclists in Cambridge, including nearly knocking over an elderly woman today. Seems like they have more pent up anger than they do passion to help their customers with renting.

We have been living there for three years and in two different apartments, it was very enjoyable experience. They are there to help not to get your money as most of the rental agencys do. We had issues with washing machine twice, both got sorted out very quickly and free of charge. After we left, we got the full deposit back very fast . Therefore, they are highly recommended.

Vertex are fantastic. Always responsive, helpful and completely reasonable on all matters. The flat was great too - well specced and thoughtfully fitted out. I wish the team all the best and would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to rent in Cambridge. Special thanks to Rachael and Elliot
