        Have read the comments below about poor admin/difficulties in actually speaking to someone. I have now been on hold for over 20 mins trying to make a new appointment, and am about to give up and go elsewhere ...

        I went to have my nose looked at due to an on going nose bleed issue. The doctor I saw was very cold and almost robotic in his approach. He said my ears needed cleaning and I assumed that was related to my nose.. they were unable get out what they needed to from my ears and the doctor muttered that he couldnt charge for that. It turned out the ear issue had nothing to do with what I had gone in for initially. Which would mean my private health care would not have covered that. It felt like they were trying to get money off me. The doctor and the nurse kept asking how much discount I get at where I work and its not something I am allowed to discuss and I told them this multiple times but they wouldnt back down. I need a follow up after this consultation but Im going to go elsewhere as I felt very uncomfortable with this doctor. It was a very bad experience
