        Great service from Matt, Rob and Lewis. I contacted Matt about a minor leak last week and asked if he could attend this morning first thing. He responded quickly with a confirmed time. The leak became more severe yesterday evening so I emailed Matt to let him know. He responded quickly (on a Bank Holiday!) and reassured me we would make a plan and sort it. He attended on time this morning with Rob and Lewis and worked efficiently with the building operations manager to quickly find the source of the leak and get a repair done in under 3 hours. Matt was extremely polite, professional and considerate. He kept me updated whilst onsite and gave me warning before making any kind of noise. For a job that could've been messy, I had 0 disruptions. I'm very happy with the service received and advice given, will use CB1 Plumbing and Heating again in the future and 100% recommend to others! Services: Plumbing pipe repair, Plumbing leak detection
