        Always takes forever for the delivery to show up. The tracking on the app always shows the pizza was delivered when it hasn't been. This is presumably to ensure they hit targets, it's incredibly frustrating. When you eventually call after an hour or so to chase your order, no one seems to know what's going on, though the pizza magically turns up very soon after If you're lucky your food might be room temperature with the correct toppings!

        Chose ASAP delivery - 45 mins later still no pizza, it apparently stopped baking 30 mins ago so will be cold. Sat outside for 20 minutes waiting for driver, no indication of their arrival. Appalling, terrible experience
