Pilatesfit Cambridge - Central Cambridge

My teenage daughter has been doing weekly sessions at Physiofit with Angela Lopes for a month now and we can already see a massive progress. Angela tailors each session carefully (pelvic floor and posture correction exercises) and she is also very knowledgeable and patient. Motivating a reluctant teenager is not an easy task but we got there. Highly recommend.

After an injury, I started looking for a good physiotherapist-led Pilates class. I now live in Birmingham so do the online classes only, but I still feel very safe and correctly guided. The instructions and cues from the teacher are ample, careful and very useful! My Pilates form has improved, and my injury has too! I've found Pilatesfit Cambridge a responsible and caring provider of enjoyable, well-paced Pilates classes. Thank you, and I look forward to continuing to practise with you!

I've found all at Pilatesfit very helpful since my bike accident. In particular Lisa Tasker is an excellent physiotherapist, extremely knowledgable and thorough. I look forward to my appointments with Lisa.

I cannot recommend Rowan the staff at Pilatesfit Cambridge highly enough. I have attended one to one pilates, group pilates classes, online pilates classes, physiotherapy sessions and clinical massage sessions. Every member of the team is so caring, informative and professional and you get results with them.
