        After 7 years, I can tell they are useless but the worse part is that they do not care: the solution to all problems seems, for them, to say "sorry", not to improve the dreadful service they are offering, as dreadful as 7 years ago.

        Really awful but not really the staffs fault ,there greedy manager doesn't pay good wages ,that's why this chemist constantly has agency pharmacists,greedy boss

        Outrageous service. I turn up 15 minutes before closing time to see two staff member had just shut up the chemist 15 minutes early and denied working there. Told me to go to boots on Newmarket road to get my prescription for my disabled daughter pulled up, I get there and wait 30 minutes to be told they cant dispense it as lyods already had started pulling it up themselves. Theyve completely wasted my time and are incompetent and are not even capable to answer a phone. Thank god this is not my regular chemist!! Shocking!
