Avoid this place, last time I will visit . the girl called me to ask if I could come at 6.30 instead of 7pm which was fine , I took my girl in for a puppy groom and spent extra on a facial, puppy groom includes bath, dry , claws bum and general all over trim I specifically asked for her claws to be cut nice and short as these were missed on her last visit, around her eyes trimmed and bum trimmed . After 25mins she called me to say she was ready for collection. when I got her home I was furious the only thing that had been done was a bath and dry no wonder she was done do quick , her claws were still really long and her bum and face had not been touched even though I asked at time of collection are her claws and bum nice and short , I've now got to find somewhere else that will do her properly . what a waste of money . I got the feeling the girl just wanted to finish and get home early . shocking experience!

This place is an absolute joke! Id give 0 stars if I could. I asked for my cocker spaniel to be trimmed as tight as possible and all he got was a wash and around his paws trimmed nothing off the rest of his body and probably looked worse than before he went in and got changed 45 for something I could have done at home in 15 minutes. Why cant people do what they are asked and paid to do. Wont be booking here again. Biggest waste of 45 Ive ever spent
