        I've had a great experience wih Craig so far. As someone who's new to the gym, he's helped me to build my confidence and understanding. He listens well to what my personal goals and aspirations are, and takes these into account when in sessions together and designing plans for me. I'm already seeing progress in what I can achieve. I'd highly recommend him.

        I had personal trainers in the past. However I have found Craig to be extremely professional, focused and a great motivator. At the beginning, I was out of shape and pretty rusty. Within five weeks alone I started to get back into shape and getting rid of the extra kilos around the stomach. Craig I can't thank you enough. Keep it up. Bruno
