    joined BCA after having my first child. I had a tough birth and recovery has taken a while. I had very little strength and even less self-confidence in what my body could do. Dwayne really took the time to get to understand me - where I was and where I wanted to be. I felt listened to straight away. My first day was nerve wracking as I didnt want to hold any of the ladies back but Dwayne makes sure the exercises are tailored to you whilst you still do what everyone else does as much as possible. Youre not singled out if you need extra support, but you are continually coached and challenged. Its like having a personal trainer in a group setting. The ladies are fantastic. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly and they all encourage each other to succeed and push ourselves. Ive made some real friends in these classes - which really helps when you tired and dont think you can face it. You know that when you get there, Dwayne and a fantastic group of ladies will be cheering you on. I would recommend BCA to any woman I know.

    I joined BCA two months ago, and I can honestly say that I've never felt more excited and energized by exercise. I've tried gyms or classes before, but never managed to get into a rhythm the way we do at BCA. The classes are varied and just challenging enough without being disheartening. I am a lot stronger and happier now with my fitness. I struggle with some limited hip mobility, but Dwayne always supports me and ensures that I can fully participate in classes. No matter your fitness, strength, or confidence, Dwayne and the terrific women at BCA will support and empower you. I have made great friends at BCA and hope the community and its positivity will grow. I would recommend this program to anyone.

    I cannot recommend BCA enough, friendly, welcoming, a truly personalised service. You work hard, but leave smiling, and the results speak for themselves. I am a senior member, and have done the big chain gyms, the on trend classes, but always felt tolerated. Dwayne makes you feel celebrated!! And as for the other members, a true bunch of beautiful humans

    I have been with Dwayne and the BCA community for 4 months now and loving it! Really see my improvement and have been getting much stronger! The whole bunch of lovely women hold you constantly accountable and its just fun and a great workout! Its completely adjusted to your level of fitness and Dwayne gives you a very personal program. Can only recommend! Join a taster session and see for yourself!

    I joined BCA 6 months ago having been with a personal trainer but feeling ready to challenge myself to exercising in a group. I not only notice an improvement in my strength and fitness levels, but also in my confidence in my abilities and generally in myself. I was nervous joining as I have a lower limb condition which restricts me sometimes, but Dwayne took the time to understand me, and sometimes I think understands my abilities better than I do myself! I never feel singled out, Dwayne just subtly tailors some exercises without anyone noticing. Dwayne also knows exactly when to challenge me, building my confidence in what I can do, clearly really understanding what is within my limits. It always feels like personal training in a group setting. I never thought I would be someone to love an early morning exercise class but now these are my best days! Everyone is always so friendly and encouraging, even at 7am, so genuinely wanting to help each other reach their goals and feel good about themselves. I feel so lucky to meet all these lovely ladies! Thank you Dwayne for creating such a wonderful community, I would 100% recommend BCA to every woman who would like to find a way of consistently exercising even with a very busy life!
