DexFit - Cambridge Personal Trainer

Have been taking functional training classes at Puregym with Dexter for over a year and have to acknowledge him for being the best coach around! Always very professional and paying attention to wrong postures in the class so we can properly correct them - what is highly appreciated :) He always offers any advice that you may need and gives tips for adapting the specific exercise to your level if you want to improve further. Would totally recommend his classes and 100% direct to him if may need a PT in the future.

Dexter is an exceptional trainer. He is very professional and knowledgeable and a good communicator. I started training with him four months ago with the request to make me stronger and have been delighted with the results of the program he designed for me. He challenges me constantly but is always encouraging while quick to identify and address any problems. He is also a charming person with a great sense of humour. I can honestly say his training is giving me a new lease of life.
