I joined Donnas boxing bootcamp in august 2022 when it first started and I absolutely love it every week i look forward to going and learning the new combos of boxing and to burn lots of calories . I have also met a great group of ladies and there are lots of giggles amongst us all . Donna is a great teacher of boxing and is always looking and putting you right if you are doing something wrong will 100% carry on going

Ive been training with Donna for a little over two months and highly recommend her! Donna has a great balance of being empathetic and supportive with being firm and direct. She is very supportive and readily available if you have questions or concerns. I also have really enjoyed the social group shes formed with her clients (it is so motivating to see the progress of others!) and the online documents/videos she provided. Ive felt more confident in the gym and happy with the progress in these first few months and looking forward to continuing

Six months ago I walked into the gym feeling uncomfortable in my body, hating gyms, and being nervous about meeting my new personal trainer. After 3 weeks of lifting with Donna Lovett, I was sweating, hurting, and still pretty nervous in the gym - I wasn't sure that I could continue. Donna continued to be patient with me, helping me perfect my form, encouraging me to push through those mental barriers, and slowly getting me to fall in love with powerlifting. Eventually I started feeling more confident in the gym, noticing changes in my body, having more energy, and even setting myself lifting goals! Thanks to Donna, I feel so much stronger, and I'm constantly inspired by her and her training community. For anyone who is on or thinking about starting a training journey - even if you hate working out and hate gyms like I did - I highly recommend speaking with Donna. She is wealth of knowledge, inspiration, and encouragement, and I couldn't imagine being on my journey without her.

I did the boxing boot camp with Donna and it was amazing. I really enjoyed it and felt so good afterwards - feels like a full body work out and she really pushes you to do the best you can. I Would definitely recommend her!

I am a 55 year old overweight woman that has been a yo yo dieter for over 30 years but wanted a change. I joined Donna 3 weeks ago and have lost over 3 kg and have found an exercise programme that I love. Donna really listens to your concerns, worries and fears about starting to exercise. She makes a bespoke exercise programme and calorie count for you as an individual. To be honest I have struggled with having so many calories as after 30 years of eating minimal calories to loose weight this is hard to retrain your mind. However I am love love loving the weights and feel empowered as a woman to be able to lift weights. I highly recommend Donna as. PT as she is a real woman and understands. She can kick arse but is also understanding and kind . I am looking forward to saying goodbye to my yo-yo life and welcome being strong not skinny!!
