The sound bath with Tiara was an amazing, trance-like experience. It was incredibly relaxing and restorative and I would definitely recommend it.

I have really enjoyed my experiences in Tiaras sound healing sessions. I have always been interested in what this could do for me. After a couple of sessions I can feel the benefit in that I feel more calmness and clarity. I found the whole experience very relaxing and refreshing. Tiara is also very insightful which is intriguing and helpful. I am looking forward to my next session! I also have taken part in Tiaras exercise classes I cant recommend Tiaras classes enough. She has helped me to get back in to shape after having my daughter. She has also given me the motivation to do better and push myself, so that I am fitter than I have ever been before. I never would have thought I would be able to lift a 6kg kettle bell let alone complete a 60min pt session! Her fun attitude and classes help to keep things light hearted whilst keeping me focused. Thanks for all of your guidance and support
