Matt is the best! After a few years of repeated back injuries when playing tennis a physio recommended Matt and the transformation has been incredible. I have a stronger core than I did in my twenties (a hundred years ago) and I've got to be honest and admit that my newly flat stomach is also something I'm pretty pleased with! Matt is a very talented and deeply knowledgeable trainer, able to keep you motivated through rehab and beyond. The sessions are tough (in a good way) and great fun. He's a lovely person and I feel very fortunate to have found him. Thanks Matt!

Training with Matt has been great! He worked out a nutritional plan for me and with his help I achieved my weight loss goals. Matt is patient, supportive and always positive. He makes the sessions enjoyable and pushs you without you knowing! I wd highly recommend him.

For a middle aged bloke to discover it is actually possible to get fitter and leaner, feel better and be more active despite the advancing years, is rather wonderful. I don't dread the sessions either.

As an exercise professional myself I really appreciate Matts expertise and knowledge. Although my initial motivation was exercise based, the advice and encouragement on food choices has really changed the way I eat. The sessions have been varied, interesting and the exercises have been taught with an awareness of safety and form. Matt has really listened to my goals and modified my programme as we have progressed. After only 6 sessions, Im very pleased to be well on the way to meeting my goals.
