Highly recommended and super efficient! If you want to maximise your fitness with minimal impact on your day-to-day life then this is the place. Owen really knows his stuff and is easy to work with face-to-face and over Skype. Go for it!

Great workout advice! I went to Owen to see if he could help me with my bad back. Ive tried physio, yoga and Pilates, but felt that I needed to gain strength. Owen put in a lot of effort before my first session to identify my exact needs and make the best use of the time. I did better than either of us expected, and with his careful tuition and support, I am doing exercises that I would never have tried with a bad back. Owen has a lot of knowledge, and has helped me with nutrition as well as fitness. He keeps you motivated while you do the hardest exercises! It is so much more fun than exercising alone, and the variety each week keeps me interested. There is always something completely new. If you are already fit, Owen has a lot of ideas that you may not have thought of. If you have an injury and need help with your recovery, Owen can help with specific strengthening exercises. Try it you may surprise yourself too.
