Absolutely lovely service by 2 lovely young ladies......made my daughter and myself feel very welcome. We were shopping for a special scent for my daughters wedding and they were so helpful.........

It is my birthday today and I walked into the shop to get an after sale service from the the Penhaligon store. I made a purchase online but need to fill my very first atomiser. I was blown away by the high standard of customer service and friendliness of a staff name Kenhida. Thank you so much you have made my day extra special!!! I love the the brand and its essence. Generally speaking, staff are super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Even though it is a small shop in Cambridge , it is remarkable I enjoyed my experience here. Their perfumes are unique and smell extraordinary!!!!

Atmosphere in this store was most unpleasant. There we only 2 other customers in besides the two staff members. Most unwelcoming. Clearly no passion about the products.

It was first and last visit to this shop in Cambridge,the girl who works there is very rude ,she said it's not allowed to try the perfumes and they are tested on papers !!! Did they ever know that the smell on skin changes from one to one !! Yes I will will buy a 200 perfume without trying it on my skin..so stupid policy and sales as well ! Don't ever go there ,the is John Lewis close with perfect customer service and very nice polite staff.
