        Similar to the previous reviewer, went for the first time yesterday, and wished I'd been before. I didn't catch the name of the guy who helped me (Tall, young), but his service was top notch. Helped me get some perfect fit walking boots (the terrex ones, over the the too narrow salomon's) and couple of other things. This will be my first port of call for outdoor stuff in the future.

        We had the help of Art in store to get gear for a family member for the Arctic. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. I then used Alex on the phone to get more Arctic gear and he also was equally helpful and knowledgeable .

        Great atmosphere in the store, staff are very friendly. Alex was excellent helping me choose and fit my new ski boots - very knowledgeable and took great care to ensure I had a good fit, ordering in several different boots for me over a few weeks. Thanks Alex!
