I am disabled and was using crutches on my visit, I was made very welcome on arrival & was asked if I needed assistance with my mobility, I had a thorough eye exam which I was very happy with, I was helped with selecting frames for my new glasses as nothing seemed to much trouble, I collected my new glasses two weeks later, they are perfect, my only complaint would be the size of the waiting area as it is quite cramped but overall I would highly recommend.

Very bad experience never got my frames delivered even after 2 weeks of waiting an additional week was added and never got them Its been another week and havent still gotten them
