Consistently rude service in Cambridge. I buy all my glasses there and think each time maybe today they will be helpful but sadly no. Rude and unhelpful . Such a shame

When you travel an hour to visit your optician - arrive welcomed - with no appointment - they heat n shape your recently purchased glasses to fit your head more comfortably - have the clip on sunglasses in stock and you buy a lifetime lens cleaner ( you didnt know was ) is so refreshing in todays retail sector.

I am an existing Cubitts customer and really admire the brand and its design ecstatic. I visit their shops in Cold Drop Yard and Spitalfields before. I am glad to see that they have opened their store in Cambridge. Delightful store. I love the dusty rose painting. Understated but beautiful. I also admire the interior design and minimalism. There are a wide range of products offered including the bespoke glasses and sunglasses to suit your need. I had a pair of spectacles made here a while ago but I only wear them at home due to they have always falling off my face. Realising that Cubitts offers free services, I decided to visit the shop and had them adjusted. I was served by a guy named Tom. He greeted me with a big smile. I felt welcomed. Indeed he was friendly and offered amazing customer service. After speaking to Tom, I described my issues, he was an attentive listener and very keen to help solve my problems. I could see that he put a lot of effort into helping me to get my glasses fixed. Therefore, I have to recognise his incredible service and if you ever come round the store you will agree with me!! Tom wears yellow glasses easy to spot. Thank you Tom!!! You deserve a big applause !!!! I am extremely happy and it made me love the brand even more.
