As a human who's always felt awkward being around and in a gym, having Rita as a PT was by far the best thing that I could've done to get over this. Rita is really good at explaining not only how to do the exercises, but also why they are needed and how they help me move closer to my goals. This means I get to develop some knowledge and really think about what I'm doing - rather than just going through the motions. Perhaps the best thing is that Rita puts a lot of effort into designing sessions that align with my goals, and is very open to exploring and understansing how my health issues might affect me, and incorporates this into the exercise routine. So, I definitely feel like I'm being heard and listened to, but also challenged appropriately to improve my strength. Beyond this, Rita is an approachable, witty, and professional PT, so our sessions are not only effective, but fun and engaging. What else to ask for, really?

After a significant weight gain during the lockdown. I looked for a nutritionist near me, and finally, I came across Rita, a PT who has helped me for the last four months and two weeks. It's the best move I've made for my physical and mental health. I was doing three sessions per week and following nutrition recommendations from Rita. Ive lost 20kg and improved my physical status a lot. Im only stopping because Im leaving Cambridge; otherwise, Id have continued to work with her.

Rita is an incredibly professional, down to earth and personable coach. She was quick to detail the parts of my training which she thought needed the most attention and took as long as necessary to explain each concept to me. She's checked up since and corrected me based on my further training and i am definitely interested in some ongoing help! Can't recommend enough
