If I ever need to be in a care home, hand on heart this is where I would hope to be, the home is absolutely spotless, fresh and welcoming, what ever time you go for a visit, Dads bedding was always clean and dry, fresh towels in bathrooms and he was always dressed clean and tidy. The menu was very varied and produced daily to a very high standard indeed. The staff cannot do enough for you, and it doesn't matter who you ask, we weren't resident, it was father in law, but we were always offered food, refreshments, an extra chair, the care and attention wasn't just for the relative who was staying there. Dad was treated with such care and compassion, I am so happy to be saying this about all of the staff and managers at Cherry Hinton care home, they deserve recognition for the outstanding care at all levels they gave to Dad. The home has been looking after an elderly lady friend of mine who has dementia. The staff do a brilliant job, and J is very happy there. It's immaculately clean, the food is great, and there are daily activities to entertain the residents. I really couldn't recommend the Cherry Hinton Care Home more highly. I particularly commend Amber the commercial manager, and Lindsey one of the care staff. Both do a fantastic job. Many thanks.
