        My mum moved into Ethelred House in April 2020, it took her a while to accept this was the best thing for her given her situation, but the staff from management to carers and domestics really helped her settle in and made mum feel as though she was part of the Etheldred family from the beginning. The staff are all caring, respectful and dedicated to their job. My mum is cared for and looked after 24 7 to the highest level of care and we are so grateful to everyone, they all go above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and residents are well cared for, for this we are grateful to you all,
