Bramley Court Care Home

My mother has only been in Bramley Court for 6wks and can highly recommend The staff go above and beyond in caring for resident's.

I have been visiting residents in this care home regularly for the past two months. For me, this care home radiates love from the moment you walk through the door. I have found all members of staff caring deeply for the residents and treating them not only with utmost respect, but like family members. The care home feels as close to a real home as possible.

Bramley Court is the best of several care homes that I've visited. The staff all know Mum by name and can tell me how she's doing. The accommodation and food are good, there are frequent entertainment events, and any complaints are dealt with promptly. I never have to worry about Mum's welfare.

We joined the Bramley family in Feb 2017. My Mother-in-law was resident first, she was joined by my Mother in May 2019. Both ladies have received excellent care from all staff members, every one of which are friendly, caring and dedicated. We have nothing but praise for the care provided.

I am so grateful to our extended Bramley court family for looking after my dad so well, all the staff are so friendly and welcoming, they have been amazing through the tough time we have all been through, we were kept very well informed of how dad was doing with regular photos and videos. We are always promptly and well informed if anything happens to dads health, this always helps us relax knowing he is in great hands as seeing his decline with dementia is very hard. Celebrating mile stone birthdays and my parents 50th wedding anniversary, the staff were so helpful and very accommodating to our family and friends. A very big thank you to all the amazing staff for all you are doing.
