If you have someone you care about who needs the best - this is the place. For nearly 5 years they have looked after my Mum with love and kindness. Thanks to all the staff.

My dad has now been part of the woodlands family for the past 5 years & the care he has received there has been second to none. Although he has severe dementia, I can still see he is relaxed, comfortable & happy and has close relationships with all of the staff he has regular contact with. I am regularly updated with how he is doing & this is also visible when I have been able to visit or have video calls with him. The management & carers/nurses on his unit have always been approachable and are keen for feedback and input from the residents families so we can work together to achieve the best positive outcomes for our loved ones. The team respect his feelings & wishes, never forcing him to do anything he doesnt want to while ensuring he remains safe & healthy. I want to thank all the staff for their hard work, commitment & support provided to my dad and other residents in their care.
