Elegant Nails Salon

Bad service very rude was talking on the phone while doing my nails. They hurt and are very bulky very painful. Look like I'm a witch.

Utensils are dirty. Rude customer service. My nails are wonky and badly shaped, and they cut my cuticles doing nails. I also asked to get up and wash my hands as I am allergic to acrylic power and was aggressively told I had to wait. Do not get your nails done here.

I had been given a voucher for Christmas which I was thrilled about and was excited to see the salon as I havent been here before. Once I arrived I was told to look through what colours I wanted which was fine, one of the guys told me to take a seat. Before he started my nails he was on his phone for a good couple of minutes while I waited.. ( not professional ) He proceeded to glue the tips onto my nails, once the tips were on he asked what length I wanted but never asked me what shape. He applied the acrylic powder and told me to dry under the light.. mean while I am sitting with my nails under the light he decides to leave me like that and start on another customer, I was sat there for a good 20 minutes wondering why I came here.. He then comes back and deals with my cuticles ( he cut me at least 2 times, no apology ) he then asked to see what design I wanted again. In the end I just went for plain black as I wanted out of there asap. I am very disappointed with my experience here. Service: Nail extensions

Super happy with my nails, service was great. Booked an appointment and was seen on time. I had a rough idea of a design I wanted and Vivian understood perfectly. She is very skilled and did the designs so quickly and flawlessly. Would definitely come again.
