I took my daughter today for a shellac manicure, we didnt have an appointment so entered made the appointment for later that day and returned . The staff are friendly and you are made to feel comfortable however the shellac manicure wasnt up to scratch. I have had many a shellac, bio gel and all types of manicures . My daughter came to this nail salon today for the first time for manicure , removal of previous black shellac and a French shellac manicure. The job was sub par and really quite bad , no manicure done despite asking twice and reminding the manicurist , previous black shellac left on nails on the sides , cuticles left obvious , wonky French tips where the white was done and we left the salon with one finger chipping . My daughter didnt want to make a fuss and felt uncomfortable so I paid and left . I wont be returning. Really , really poor! Very disappointed . I dont know if its because she is only a child they didnt bother or what the situation was but its poor! Happy to forward pictures should the asking require this!
