What can I say about Neil Pearman What an absolute legend of a man, from start to finish he was determined to get what I needed and never gave up, from speaking to Barclays in Indian at 3am in the morning to still sorting things out while he was on holiday in Turkey, just like Moses when he parted the Red Sea, nothing was too much trouble. I highly recommend Neil for all your mortgage needs, he will not disappoint. Thanks again Neil, you are a legend! Neil Pearman was great to work with, he's really responsive (always available, quick replies and on top of everything - which you don't really find in the slow-paced Cambridge), efficient, and to the point. With Neil representing us the financial aspect of house hunting was much less stressful. We look forward to reaching out to him again for advice in future!

I has been helped by Neil, he is super professional and very efficient. He will tell me what is the best choice for me based on his 30 years experiences. Thats very helpful for first time buyers. In the special stage, the rate is really high, Neil try his best to find the good product for me, and he try to make sure the rate is the lowest for me. I am very happy to have him to help. I will recommend him to my friends. Its not easy to find a broker who work very hard with good knowledge and experience and reply email or phone almost 24 hours.
