Shopmobility Cambridge at The Grafton East

Cant leave a review at the Lion Yard shopmobility so will leave it here. At the Lion Yard shopping centre the shopmobility service is fantastic. Really friendly people that run it, all you do is sign a couple of forms, and you can use the service again for free. Plus, the opening times are until about 6/7 o clock which is an added bonus. Plus, if you drive to the Grand Arcade car park, you can park near the shopmobility free for three hours if youre a Blue Badge holder, then pay after that. Would highly recommend the service to everyone.

A bit disappointed that they're short of staff which has caused us to wait, tho when staff turn up they have been helpful

During our visit to Cambridge, I suddenly had such great pain in my left ankle and could not walk. My husband managed to get a wheelchair from here. We are appreciative to the friendly staff.

Very friendly staff which were able to help us out with getting a wheelchair for my elderly mother whilst walking around Cambridge. There located on the 4th floor of the Grafton Shopping Centre and was very well sign posted to find the little shop. Was expecting to have to pay to hire the chair and was told it was free which was an added bonus. We used the wheelchair all day and brought it back before 6.30pm before the shop closed. Absolute life saver! Thank you Shopmobility!!!
