    bought some elfa pods from here, firstly very expensive compared to elsewhere & the pods seemed to have little to no liquid in them, straight out of the pack they barely worked :( staff were friendly though!

    The service was great, they sold prime for a good price and buy the look of it they also sold lots of great phones, the staff were very friendly and cared about what they did, the shop was clean and there was good music playing in the background. I wish this shop great success. Thank you

    They can't evaluate, I brought some air pods pro 2 generation pulled out takes them in his hand and dirty them all with food oil. Bad place I found myself with a rating of 50 on air pods that cost more than 250. Bad place

    Awful experience - poor quality 'repair' and non-existent customer service. Had a phone screen replaced and the fingerprint scanner no longer works, the screen glitches (clicks random places) and the sound glitches when using headphones. Took it back to store and they replaced the screen again, however it did not fix any of the problems. I was told the fingerprint scanner will never work again and that the sound glitching was because I needed new headphones. I was basically 'shooed' out of the shop when I complained that they hadn't fixed any of the problems. Worst of all, I took their advice and spent a large amount brand new headphones and the sound is still glitching with them.I wanted to handle this matter privately so I emailed their customer service but did not receive a response. Less than 2 months later the phone broke again, I took it to another repair shop and they said the screen was not the original and was not stuck down properly (twice). The problems are now fixed by the other shop except the glitchy sound when using headphones which has been perminantly damaged by iMobile. Extremely disappointing experience, especislly the lack of customer service.
