After having dealt with several letting agents, I find my experience with Cooke Curtis is by far the most impressive. Not only are they responsive, friendly, and reasonable; theyd go the extra mile in ensuring tenants needs are well taken care of. Elina handled my case and is sincere and helpful throughout the process. Knowing that I was traveling, she kept me well-informed timely and made the entire experience seamless. I also dealt with Andrew and Kirsty who are managing the property, and both are prompt in attending to the issues and queries raised. They are the firsts Ive come across who followed up on my queries until theyre closed, even though the query is not a maintenance issue but about how to set up something inside the property. I highly recommend Cooke Curtis for they are down-to-earth and sincere in delivering their promises to their customers. Ive never had so much praises for a letting service rendered but for this, Id give 15 out of 10 because Cooke Curtis cares!

Exemplary service from Cooke and Curtis once again. They have successfully found three perfect tenants for me over the past 7 years. I trust their judgement Implicitly and would not use anyone else. The team is always easy to contact and are happy to advise on renting issues. Cant fault them!

Cooke Curtis & Co. did an amazing job helping my elderly mother sell her house in Cambridge after the passing of my father. They were patient and kind with my mother, created a wonderful sales brochure of the property, kept in constant contact with me in the US, where I'm based, recommended great solicitors, and sold the house in record time for full ask. I could not have asked for better service, especially during such a stressful time. Their professionalism can't be matched. I would highly recommend Jamie and his entire team.
