We had a fantastic experience at Harriet Kelsall Cambridge, Abi was absolutely superb! From the minute we walked into the store having no real clue what kind of wedding rings we wanted, she was helpful, friendly, and she spent a lot of time with us to make sure the designs were spot on. Pretty sure she stayed while the shop was closing! We're so pleased with the rings, they are stunning and exactly what both of us were after. Only been to them for a consultation so far but I had to write a review as I just had the best experience designing my engagement ring with them! The designer took my ideas and made it even better - this was all within the consultation! Made me feel so comfortable and tried out lots of different gemstones, metals etc before deciding on mine. Theyre now sourcing the gemstone for me and Ill write another review when I get the ring. Just a lovely experience, I am so excited!

I cannot recommend HK Cambridge and the team there enough. I knew I had to get my partner an engagement ring that would be as special to her as she is to me, and I was certainly initially nervous about designing something from scratch. I worked with Gurveen who was brilliant (all of my interactions with the rest of the team were also excellent, including for a resizing). She helped me to design the ring, of which the quality and worksmanship is excellent, and my fiance adores it. I felt very reassured throughout the process and am absolutely delighted with the final product. We will be back for our wedding bands!
